Most pieces are constructed from sterling silver and then finished either with a matte or oxidized surface or a 14k gold vermeil surface. Vermeil is 2.5 microns of gold plated over sterling silver. This is a very durable and affordable alternative to solid gold. I also use vitreous enamel on a copper base that is fired in a kiln multiple times. My enamel pieces are typically set with either sterling silver or 14k gold vermeil.

First and foremost, clean your jewelry using a non-abrasive soap, such as dish washing liquid, combined with water and a soft cloth or toothbrush to remove oils, dirt, perfume, lotion, sunblock, makeup, hair products, etc.
If your pieces have an oxidized finish (blackish/gray finish) then this should do the trick.

If your pieces have either the matte finish (brushed silver color) or vermeil (gold) finish then you can use a cleaner such as Tarn-X to gently revive your pieces. Please follow the directions on the bottle very carefully. Any finish ruined due to not following the directions is the sole responsibility of the user and not Lisa Crowder Jewelry. Tarn-X can be found at Walgreens.

I hate it when I lose an earring, but it happens. Please mail the survivor back to me & I will happily replace it at half the cost of the original pair. If you need something repaired, mail it back as well.

***When mailing, all jewelry MUST be packaged appropriately: in a rigid box.
Jewelry can & will get crushed in the mail if not properly packaged. My suggestion is to place the piece(s) in a cardboard jewelry box & either ship it USPS Priority and use a flat rate USPS box or it can be placed in a padded mailer *if in the jewelry box. You also must include your contact & return address *inside the package.

If the piece is damaged due to being improperly packaged you will be charged for the subsequent repairs.

Pre-orders are available for certain pieces, but that means that I need to make that piece. Depending on what my list looks like will determine how long it will be before I can make and ship your piece so please take this into consideration when ordering. If you need something sooner, please feel free to email me.

I do custom work occasionally & it depends on the project.
I can definitely design you something in my style, but I do not replicate designs from other artists or companies.
All inquiries are welcome within reason.
All custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable and require a deposit.

When people start using my spiral clasp for the first time they often open the spiral up because it's a little tight when trying to slip the ring through. If this spiral is not closed properly, it will not hold the chain. The ball on the outside end of the clasp MUST make contact with the inner part of the spiral. Once you get used to the clasp it shouldn't be necessary to pull the spiral open & it will never fall off.

More than likely your bracelet is too big! Let's size it for you & it shouldn't fall off again.

I love working with gold & would be happy to quote you the cost for making any of my pieces in gold, but be ready! Expect a significant increase in material costs. Example: a piece of silver that costs $11 would cost $580 in 14k gold.

No! I have quite a selection of colors that I can custom make you any of my enamel designs in. Any custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable though.

I'm happy to ship your order overnight or express, but know that once the order leaves my hands I cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time. All shipping services have suffered in the last few years unfortunately. I will do the best I can, but if it is not delivered in time I will not refund shipping. Please order accordingly.
